We’re proudly based in mumbai and deliver all across India.

It typically takes us a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) to dispatch your order, but please note that delivery can extend up to a month or more. While we’re diligently working to expedite the process, each sample is meticulously crafted for you, which may require a bit of extra time. Additionally, some of our products are sourced from the USA and UAE, contributing to the extended delivery duration. Rest assured, there are no additional duties or customs fees – our prices include delivery!

Our delivery timeframe may appear longer, but it’s because we prioritize ensuring each sample is fresh and tailored specifically for you. Despite our small team’s efforts to meet demand, the intricacy of crafting each item and the sourcing process, especially from the USA and UAE, may add to the delivery duration.

Once you place an order, it’s like sending a virtual hug to our team, and we start preparing it right away. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel, modify, or accept returns on orders.

Just a little reminder, our samples are meant to give you a taste of the product, usually enough for one or two uses. So, while we hope you love them, please keep in mind they’re mere samples and not full sized products.

While we can’t insure against transit damages, if a product goes missing, we’d love to help! Just send us a clear, unedited video of you unboxing your package from start to finish. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds if the video is altered, so keep it real!

Our makeup and skincare samples are like little gems with a shelf life of 90 days. So, be sure to enjoy them within that time frame!

Treat your samples like treasures! Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to keep them fresh and fabulous.

In the rare event that the shipment is returned, perhaps due to a small error from your end in the address, pin code, or if you’re not available during delivery, don’t worry! You’ll just need to cover the Re-shipping charges of ₹100 and we will have the shipment resent! We’re all about making sure you get your goodies hassle-free, so let’s team up to ensure smooth sailing for your delivery!
